The Video4Change Grassroots Gathering in South Africa

From October 09 - October 14, 2019, forty hosts and delegates from all over the world are meeting at Bertha Foundation’s Retreat in Stellenbosch, Capetown, South Africa. The majority of the participants come from the African continent and will try to expand the Pan African Living Cultures Alliance (PALCA).
